Welcome to this presentation template on the Pillars of the OKR Method. This free presentation template is designed to help you understand and implement the OKR methodology in your organization. OKR, which stands for Objectives and Key Results, is a goal-setting framework that has been widely adopted by many successful companies, including Google, Intel, and Twitter.

The entire diagram is divided into 4 quadrants: OKR Values, OKR Phases, OKR Elements, and OKR Principles. The OKR Values quadrant emphasizes the importance of clarity, alignment, transparency, and engagement, which are the key values that drive the OKR methodology. The OKR Phases quadrant highlights the different phases of the OKR methodology, including planning and review, retrospective, and OKR planning spreadsheet. The OKR Elements quadrant focuses on the key components of the OKR framework, including key results, objectives, vision & mission, and tasks.
